A special session will be organized for papers related to 5G Mobile Communication Systems. Papers should not currently be under review by any other journal, magazine or conference and can be either 5-page full papers or 2-page extended abstracts. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for publication in IEEExplore. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
